At Scott & Allison Los Angeles, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, we understand that in some cases you may wish to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

Trying on items for fit is allowed, but items may not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

Ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted as part of our responsible inventory policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

After your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address of our international fulfillment partner.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The item must be shipped back at your own expense, including any customs or import fees if applicable. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility and, due to the international shipping distance, these costs may exceed $30–$40 depending on the product.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking confirmation.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the designated return address:

If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Important Liability Information

Scott & Allison Los Angeles is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product

A description of the issue
We will work quickly to provide a suitable solution.
6. Order Cancellation
Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of being placed.
Once an order enters processing, it is immediately forwarded to our fulfillment partner and prepared for shipment. For this reason, cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window cannot be guaranteed.
